FLEXIBLE TENT SIZES

We offer two main tent types:

  • Tent width 10 m – the length can be extended in 5 m sections, from a minimum of 10×5 m (50 m²) up to a maximum of 10×30 m (300 m²).
  • Tent width 15 m – the length also extends in 5 m sections, from a minimum of 15×5 m (75 m²) up to a maximum of 15×40 m (600 m²).

👉 In practice, this means we can adapt the tent to almost any need – from smaller private parties all the way to big weddings and large-scale events.

DELIVERY AND SETUP INCLUDED

You don’t have to worry about installation – delivery and setup are handled by our professional partner, quickly and safely. Setup time depends on the tent size and the terrain, but everything is organized so that the tent is ready well before your event starts.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

The number of people depends on the type of event and the layout. Here are some rough guidelines:

  • 🎤 Concerts and large standing events (standing audience) – up to about 4 people per 1 m²
    (5 is technically possible, but then it’s very packed and not recommended).
  • 🍻 Parties, cocktail receptions and events with high tables – around 2 people per 1 m².
  • 🍽️ Weddings and dinners with tables and chairs – on average about 1 person per 1 m².
  • 💃 Weddings with dance floor or stage – plan for roughly 0.8 people per 1 m².


👉 Example for a 300 m² tent:

  • concert: up to ~1200 people (but very crowded)
  • cocktail event: around 600 people
  • wedding: around 300 people
  • wedding with dance floor: about 240 people

The side height of the tent is 3 m, while the center height depends on the model:

  • smaller tent (10 m width) – highest point approx. 4.45 m
  • larger tent (15 m width) – highest point approx. 5.45 m

Depending on the model and length, tents cover anywhere from 50 m² to 600 m².

Setup is done by our partner, and the duration depends on tent size and terrain conditions. Smaller tents are usually installed within one day, while larger setups can take longer.

Yes. All tents can be completely closed on all sides if needed.
